The pollen has a wonderfully fine taste of honey and citrus and goes perfectly with yoghurt, salads or sprinkled over tomato bread - do not heat it above 35 °C, otherwise most of the valuable ingredients will be lost.

It contains vitamins and minerals combined with enzymes, protein and the entire vitamin B complex - which makes it very interesting for vegans and vegetarians. It also helps the immune system.

Bee pollen has been eaten for centuries, but it used to be in honey before the honey extractor was invented. It’s also used very successfully in home-made natural cosmetics.
