What makes the BioProffa organic buckets so unique?
For us, the BioProffa organic bucket is currently one of the best models available on the market. The functionality with the integrated activated carbon filters in the lid is very simple - and that's why it's so ingenious. On the one hand, the kitchen waste is ventilated through the holes in the lid, which prevents mold from forming too quickly. On the other hand, because of the filters, unpleasant odors cannot escape, or only to a very small extent. The bucket is made entirely of metal, durable and sturdy. The activated carbon filters can be removed from the cover and cleaned. If necessary, the filters can also be replaced. The bucket is well made and the lid fits snugly. The handle has proven to be very practical when transporting to the compost or organic bin. The classic design fits unobtrusively into any environment. A skilful choice of color can also be used to set specific color accents in the kitchen.
Is the BioProffa organic waste bin really odour-proof?
Two activated charcoal filters integrated in the lid prevent unpleasant odors from escaping under normal circumstances and when used properly. Flies, fruit flies and other insects are therefore not attracted by the smell of fermentation juices or rotting fruit. The organic bucket should be emptied and cleaned after 2-3 days at the latest.
How big is the BioProffa waste bin?
The metal BioProffa waste bin is available in two different sizes. The model with a capacity of 5 liters is available in many different colours. The slightly smaller model with a volume of 4 liters is currently available in 5 different colours.

Since the diameter of both buckets is identical, the lid fits both models. The size of the bucket is such that it can be placed on the worktop or on the floor, depending on the space available in the kitchen.
