This white wine is a straw-yellow wine, with an intense aroma of white fruits and citrus; with some herbal sensations. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh with good acidity and a persistent finish. It is suggested to consume very cold, with light meals or appetizers. The quality will remain on the best condition for the first 3 years of bottling.

Contains sulphites.

The clear must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 to 18 ºC. The wine rests on the fine yeast for a few months and is bottled after the right blending.

The Ca’n Majoral wineries own a total of 17 hectares of vineyards where up to 14 different varieties of grapes are grown organically. His project defends respect for the natural environment of their vineyards, they take great care of the health of the plant and the interaction with the flora and fauna to achieve a high quality product without generating waste or damaging the land. All the wines are certified by the CBPAE (Balearic Council of Ecological Agricultural Production).
